Obviously each one has its positives and negatives, I have never tried drawing with a wacom tablet before in my life (except for that goat) so maybe the awful paintbrush lines will get better with practice. Please someone provide me some insight with the digital process.
EDIT: I Think I am getting significantly less wonky. Here are some more practice images I'm doing tot get in the swing:

More Inking Exercises
Apr. 28th, 2008 | 03:47 am
There was this show about the science of sex on possibly Discovery Health. It was HORRIBLE. They kept interviewing a "player" in the grocery store who was picking up chicks.

I have never scanned zip-a-tone before and my scanner is really cheap, so the lines came out very gross. Perhaps I'll scan it in later.
The next assignment was to illustrate a childhood memory, and I was really not in the mood to come up with an illustration, so I made a short comic! The cursive handwriting is totally inspired by
skylermarie ... it is a sort of homage!
This story is about 95% true...

More inking exercises, this time with a brush...

(Super Supper Fighters preview art!)

This is a drawing based on a photograph of a SCAD girl! I hope she doesn't get upset if she finds out, I really admire her fashion!

Check out this inspiring majesty Becky showed me!

I wanted to draw a still life in the style of Elio! It was more difficult than I expected. Check him out http://elio.livejournal.com/

This is based on the backgrounds in a Donald Duck cartoon! Its a math forest!

The Buster Keaton face inspired by Rebeca Sugar. The snow mountain inspired by Eyvind Earle. Everything inspired by wolf t-shirts.
